MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE
1. Parties
These Terms govern the use of www.imalattansumen.com, operated by Güner Ofis Okul ve Büro Malzemeleri Sanayi Turizm Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. under the İmalattan Sümen brand (“İmalattan Sümen”, “we”, “us”), and apply to every visitor or registered customer (“User”).
2. Scope
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, the User agrees to these Terms, the applicable sales agreement, and the policies displayed on the website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts unless caused by a security failure attributable to us. Product information, prices, personalization options, production requirements, delivery terms, and payment conditions shown at the time of purchase form part of the order. Personalized products are produced according to the information submitted by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking names, titles, measurements, colors, and other personalization details before confirming the order. Rights relating to defective, damaged, or non-conforming products are reserved.
5. Intellectual Property
The website design, texts, product photographs, graphics, trademarks, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
