Membership Agreement
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE
1. Parties
a) Güner Okul Büro Gereçleri, (hereinafter referred to as “İmalattan Sümen”), operating the activities of the website www.imalattansumen.com, residing at Örnektepe Mahallesi Etibank Caddesi Onur Sokak No:39/7 Beyoğlu / İstanbul.
b) Internet user who is a member of the website www.imalattansumen.com (hereinafter referred to as “Member”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms of benefit of the member from the website www.imalattansumen.com owned by İmalattan Sümen, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member agrees and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during membership registration to the website www.imalattansumen.com is accurate, and that İmalattan Sümen will be indemnified for any damages incurred due to this information being untrue.
3.2. The Member cannot share the username and password given to them with other individuals or organizations. The right to use the password belongs solely to the member. All responsibility arising from this belongs to the member.
3.3. The Member agrees to act in accordance with all applicable legal regulations while using the site. Otherwise, all legal and penal responsibilities that may arise belong entirely to the member.
3.4. The Member cannot use the site in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, causes annoyance to others, or for illegal purposes.
3.5. The ideas and opinions shared by members within the site belong entirely to the users themselves. These opinions have no connection with İmalattan Sümen.
3.6. İmalattan Sümen cannot be held responsible for the unauthorized acquisition of member information or for any technical damages that may occur.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access other users' data without permission and not to use this data.
3.8. All legal and penal responsibilities that may arise in case of violation of any article of this agreement belong to the member.
3.9. İmalattan Sümen reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the membership of the member and delete user data when deemed necessary.
3.10. The software and design of the www.imalattansumen.com site belong to İmalattan Sümen. These contents cannot be used, copied, or modified without permission.
3.11. İmalattan Sümen may collect certain technical information, such as IP address, visit time, and visited pages, to analyze site usage and improve service quality.
3.12. Collected information may be used to develop services and improve user experience.
3.13. The Member accepts the sending of campaign, advertisement, announcement, and information messages by İmalattan Sümen via e-mail, SMS, or telephone.
3.14. İmalattan Sümen may share user information with relevant authorities in case of legal obligation or at the request of official authorities.
3.15. İmalattan Sümen takes necessary measures to protect the site from malicious software. However, it is the user's responsibility to ensure their device security.
3.16. İmalattan Sümen reserves the right to change or terminate the site content and offered services without prior notice.
3.17. İmalattan Sümen has the right to update the provisions of the membership agreement at any time. The updated provisions become effective on the date they are published.
3.18. The parties accept that the computer records of İmalattan Sümen constitute conclusive evidence.
3.19. The Member is deemed to have accepted the sending of information e-mails and SMS by approving the membership agreement.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This agreement remains in force until the member cancels their membership or until the membership is cancelled by İmalattan Sümen. İmalattan Sümen may unilaterally terminate the membership in case of violation of the agreement provisions.
5. Resolution of Disputes
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes arising from this agreement.
6. Effectiveness
The member's registration signifies that they have read and accepted all articles in this agreement. The agreement comes into force upon the member's creation of a membership.
