Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For distance sales, the statutory right-of-withdrawal period is 14 days. İmalattan Sümen offers a voluntary 15-day return period from the delivery date for standard, non-personalized products.

To request a return, contact us at info@imalattansumen.com or +90 212 210 33 91. The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned complete with its packaging and standard accessories.

Products prepared according to the consumer’s instructions or personal requirements may fall within the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Your legal rights regarding defective, damaged, or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Refunds are processed within the periods and by the methods required by applicable law and are returned to the original payment method where possible.
