Refund and Withdrawal Right

In distance sales, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days. Imalattan Sümen offers a voluntary 15-day return period for standard, non-customized products, starting from the delivery date.

You can submit your return request to info@imalattansumen.com or by calling 0212 210 33 91. The product is expected to be unused, in resalable condition, complete with its box and standard accessories.

For products prepared according to the consumer's request or personal needs, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised within the scope of the exceptions in the legislation. Legal rights regarding defective, damaged, or custom-made products are reserved.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation's time and method, corresponding to the payment instrument used at the time of purchase.
